A new map portraying non-profit arts organizations in Wichita has been introduced by Wichita: Supporting The Arts. The map is designed to portray and promote 17 participating non-profit arts organizations in Wichita.

The Wichita: Supporting the Arts (STA) campaign has launched a new Facebook page to provide a single location where consumers can discover exciting arts-related activities in the Wichita arts scene.

Matthew Rumsey is finding success as both the executive director and artistic director of Music Theatre for Young People.

At the 8th Annual Jester Awards, held by MTWichita on Friday evening May 22 to celebrate outstanding achievement in musical theatre production by area high schools, 60 awards were given in 23 categories.
